Contest Rules

1. To enter this contest, complete the CONNECT Beyond Online Meeting and Community Survey at www.connect-beyond.com/meeting and provide your contact information.
2. Limit one (1) contest entry per survey entry.
3. Surveys can only be completed one (1) time.
4. Limit one (1) contest entry per person.
5. Survey runs November 17, 2020 until December 31, 2020.
6. This contest is sponsored by the CONNECT Beyond project and is in no way endorsed, sponsored or administered by any social media platform or company.
7. CONNECT Beyond sponsor agency employees, their immediate family members or current committee members are not eligible to win prizes.
8. No purchase necessary to enter.
9. Must be (18) years of older to enter and reside within one of the 12 counties participating in the CONNECT Beyond project.
10. Five winners will be drawn at random on January 4, 2021 to win (prize).
11. CONNECT Beyond reserves the right to publish the names of contest winners in congratulatory posts on social media channels and email marketing.
12. After notification, the winners will have 15 days to respond. If they fail to do so, CONNECT Beyond reserves the right to give the prize to another participant.
13. Participants that entered the contest and did not win will not be notified directly of the contest results.
14. Allow six (6) weeks for prize delivery.
