Invenergy projects provide opportunities for economic sustainability by supporting workers and landowners, as well as state and local governments. We create jobs, pay taxes that go back into the communities we call home, and provide easement payments to farmers and ranchers.

Meet our Contractors

Contract Land Staff (CLS) has been hired by Grain Belt to conduct landowner outreach and easement negotiations for the project. Their land representatives will be your primary contact and will work to build a trusting relationship with you. Their aim is to reach voluntary, fair and equitable settlements with you.
