Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration – Approved in March 2021

Thank you to those that submitted comments on the Draft Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration (IS/MND). The public comment period occurred from December 10, 2021 through January 10, 2021.

The County reviewed all public comments and provided official responses in the Final Environmental Document. The project report/County Board approval occur in early winter 2021. Please continue to check back regularly for updates.
