Final Environmental Impact Report (November 2024)

The final EIR was released on Nov. 15, 2024, and describes the proposed Project, evaluates the potential environmental impacts associated with both the Project and the "no project" alternative, contains responses to the comments received during the public comment period, and documents the Findings. The final EIR will be presented at the CCJPA Board Meeting on Nov. 20, 2024, where the CCJPA Board of Directors will be asked to certify the final EIR and approve the Project to proceed to the next phase.
